Hi, I’m Brianna! While my background is rooted in environmental science rather than culinary school my love for cooking has grown through years of hands-on experience, curiosity, and creativity in the kitchen.
By studying recipes, experimenting with flavors, and adding my own fun, plant-powered twists to classic dishes, I’ve built a strong foundation of kitchen know-how. Every recipe I share has been thoughtfully developed and tested, with support from a personally trained chef to ensure both quality and reliability.

I’ve explored many diet trends with my family, from plant-based and sugar-free to vegan, vegetarian, and even Keto (which was the hardest for me!). Along the way, I found my own balance occasionally incorporating dairy and meat, but focusing on avoiding vegetable oils and cutting back on sugars.
